These General Sales conditions govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on TCI-LIGHT SHOP and do not govern, instead, the provision of services or the sale of products by subjects other than the seller that are present on the same site through links, banners or other hyperlinks.

2.  Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from different parties, we suggest checking their conditions of sale.

 

 

1. To conclude the purchase contract, you will need to complete the form in electronic format and send it following the instructions.

It contains the reference to the General Conditions of Sale, the images of each product and its price, the means of payment that can be used, the methods of delivery of the products purchased and the shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal; methods and times of return of the purchased products.

3. Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm the reading of the General Conditions of Sale including the Information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.

4.  The contract is concluded when the seller receives the form filled in by the user, after verifying the correctness of the data contained therein.

5.  The user will be obliged to pay the price from the moment the process of placing the order online will be completed. This will happen by clicking on the "Confirm order" button at the end of the wizard.

6.  Once the contract is concluded, the seller takes charge of the order for its processing.

 

 

1. In completing the registration procedures, the user undertakes to follow the instructions on the site and to provide their personal data in a correct and truthful manner.

2.  Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email in your email. The confirmation must be communicated within 2 hours. After this period, in the absence of confirmation, TCI-LIGHT SHOP will be freed from any commitment to the user.

3.  The confirmation will in any case exempt TCI-LIGHT SHOP from any responsibility for the data provided by the user. The user undertakes to promptly inform TCI-LIGHT SHOP of any change in their data at any time communicated.

4. If the user then communicates incorrect or incomplete data or even if there is a dispute by the interested parties about the payments made, TCI-LIGHT SHOP will have the right not to activate or to suspend the service until a remedy of the relative deficiencies.

5. When you first request a profile to be activated, you will receive an email confirming the address provided. TCI-LIGHTSHOP acknowledges that these identifiers constitute the system for validating the user’s access to the Services and the only system suitable to identify the user that the acts performed through such access will be attributed to him and will have binding effect in his comparisons.

6. The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of his access data and to keep them with due care and diligence and not to transfer them even temporarily to third parties.

 

 

1.  The availability of the products refers to the expected availability at the time the user places the order. This availability must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of several users, the products could be sold to other customers before the order confirmation.

2. TCI-LIGHT SHOP reserves the right to send you comparative or replacement products if the original product is not available.

3.  Even after sending the e-mail confirming the order, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected with the removal of the unavailable product and the user will be immediately informed by email.

4. If you request the cancellation of your order by terminating the contract, TCI-LIGHT SHOP will refund the amount paid within 15 days of TCI-LIGHT SHOP becoming aware of the buyer’s decision to terminate the contract. Shipping costs will not be refunded for both shipping and return

5. TCI-LIGHT SHOP reserves the right, in compliance with current regulations, to make technical and dimensional changes without notice to improve the characteristics and performance of products. All measurements are in mm unless otherwise indicated.

1.  The price of the products will be as indicated from time to time on the site, unless there is a manifest error.

2. In the event of an error, TCI-LIGHT SHOP will notify the purchaser as soon as possible, allowing the confirmation of the order at the right amount or cancellation. In any case, TCI-LIGHT SHOP will not be obliged to supply the products sold at the lower price incorrectly indicated.

3.  Site prices include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices may change at any time. The changes do not concern orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.

4.  Once you have selected the desired products, they will be added to your cart. Simply follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the required information at each step of the process. The order details may be changed prior to payment.

1. TCI-LIGHT SHOP carries out shipments in all the Italian territory, excluded the state of Vatican City and the

Republic of San Marino.

2. TCI-LIGHT SHOP will only make deliveries to the user’s domicile, provided at the time of purchase, or if selected at check-out at the desired UPS point.

3. The delivery is made, for the Italian territory, within the deadline estimated at the time of the selection of the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum period of thirty days from the date of confirmation.

4. As for the European Union countries, the delivery will be made within the estimated time limit at the time of the selection of the delivery method, and in any case, within a maximum of thirty days.

5.  In non-EU territories the delivery will take place within the deadline estimated at the time of the selection of the delivery method.

6.  If delivery is not possible, you will be informed by the chosen courier to arrange a new delivery.

7. If he is unable to receive the shipment and the shipment goes into storage, the costs for storage will be charged to the customer.

8. If the delivery cannot take place due to causes not attributable to us after 10 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract.

9. Any extra costs of practical management, stock or if the courier will return the material to us for impossibility of delivery, all expenses will be deducted from the refund to the buyer.

10. As a result of termination the amounts will be returned, excluding shipping costs and any additional costs within 30 days from the date of termination of the contract. The transportation resulting from the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be at  buyer charge

11.  The shipping costs are at the buyer charge and are explicitly highlighted when the order is placed.

12. For EXTRA EU shipments, the shipping costs indicated refer to the transport from the address of the sender to the recipient, the duties and any tariffs related to customs procedures are always at the purchaser’s charge.

 

 

1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 from the date of receipt of the products.

2. In the case of multiple purchases made by the purchaser with a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period shall run from the date of receipt of the last product.

3. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal of the purchase can do so by accessing the section "https://www.tci.it/rma/" on the website www.tci.it with the creation of a practice.

4. The buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal also by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively send the standard withdrawal form, referred to in Annex I, part B, D.Lgs 21/2014 not mandatory.

6. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with tax documentation attached. Subject to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 30 days 

7.  The costs incurred for returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

8.  As provided by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site may suspend reimbursement until receipt of goods or until proven by the buyer to have returned the goods.

9.  The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services and products of TCI-LIGHT SHOP are included in the categories of art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

10.  The site will make the refund using the same means of payment chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment by bank transfer, and if the user intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary to make the refund.

1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and interpreted on the basis thereof, subject to any other overriding rule of the purchaser’s country of habitual residence. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.

2.  Any disputes relating to and/or consequent thereto shall be resolved exclusively by the Italian court. In particular, if the user is a Consumer, any disputes must be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to the applicable law.
